Sept. 16, 2008 – Christian Dulington Soto IV, also known as "Papa," of Oswald Harris Court died on Sept 10.
He is survived by his mother, Roxanne M. Lewis; father, Christian Soto Jr.; grandparents: Anna Garcia-Lewis, Steve Roach Lewis and Christian Soto Sr.; companion: Jahshe Lopez; sisters, Christa C. Soto and Charisma Lewis; and brothers: Carlito J. Soto and Shamoy S. Shaw. He is also survived by aunts: Rakisha Krigger, Gail Homer, Nancy Gilead, Juana Garcia, Wilhemena Comberbatch, Eleanor Johannnes, Malgo Ayala, and Rhina, Maria and Rocheane Lewis; uncles: Roland Krigger, Kenneth Gilead, Sylvio Garcia, OFelio and Raul Garcia, Troy and Tony Johannes, José, Alejo, Christian III and Leonardo Soto, Mortimer Simmond, Dale Copeman, Dennis Lorenzo, and Chester and James Copeman. Other survivors include special friends: Elvis Hansen; the Hatcheas, Kareeb Smith and family, Ferguson and Donald, Meg, Fat Dadda, Omari, Isle family, Pedro Figoroa, Anthony Marici Coto, Alexis Cruz, Andrew McIntosh, Estell Davis, the Mattas, the Christians, Dasha and family, Chinko, Mega-Mega, Kitchie and Skillett, Selma and family, Shabba and Anita, O.H.C. Foul Team, Basketball Team, Keon and family, Keyme and Troy Krusha, Mark and family, Aziek and Galloway, Reginald Natuan, Joshua Chetolie.
A viewing will be held on St. Croix, at 9:30 a.m., on Wednesday, Sept. 24, at the James Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, followed be a funeral service at 10:30 a.m., at the chapel.
A second viewing will take place on St. Thomas, at 9 a.m., Friday, Sept. 26, at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Estate Thomas, with a funeral service at 10 a.m., at the church. Interment will follow at the Western Cemetery.
