Sept. 16, 2008 – Malik A. Felix Sr., also known as "Liko," of Estate Mon Bijou died on Sept. 11, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 41 years old.
He is survived by his mother, Sylvia M. Felix; father, Jose Felix Sr.; companion, Debra Petersen; daughter, Malika Felix; sons: Malik Jr., Malachi, Makeil and Makeim Felix. He is also survived by sisters: Sharon Felix and Denise Felix Stevens; brothers: Jose and Kareem Felix; aunts: Zoraida Schuster, Eileen White, Alice and Stella Tuitt; uncles: Milton Tuitt and Lauritz Schuster; special friends: Timothy Brooks, Karita Stevens, the Hodge, the Lockharts, Derrick Bastin, Craig Lloyd, Juanito Rodriquez Jr., Alison and Albert Tuitt; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A funeral service will take place at 9 a.m., on Saturday, Sept. 20, at St. John's Episcopal Church. There will be a private burial.
