Leone Leitia Bell-Hanley Dies at 69

Sept. 26, 2008 — Leone Leitia Bell-Hanley, 69, of Estate Whim, also known as "Titia," passed away Tuesday at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital.
She is survived by her daughters Janice Revan, Beverly Revan-Joseph, Jasmine Hanley, Judy Fyfield, Joyce Thomas and Jane Gumbs; sons Christopher, Joseph, Frank and Lincoln Hanley and Jerry Brown; stepson Wayne Lowry; adopted daughters Hyacintha Clarke and Evonne Edwards; grandchildren Shawn, Joseph Jr., Stacy, Natalie, Jermaine, David, Louis, Ayanna, Carlton, Tishiro and Shanice Hanely, Alex Albert, Jennifer Panzlits, Akeem Small, SSG E6 Kenny Smith, Aleakeem Petersen, Sherisse and Grace Allen, Liniqua Lindquist, Raheem and Rakeem Samuel, Joshua, Mayajha, Jerry Jr. and Jeroi Brown, Shaquale Emanuel, Keanna Ireland, Khamal Simmonds, Jhaleek Christian, Shanice and Nigel Jr. Rawlins, Justin Divine and Jada Phillip; adopted grandchildren Anetra Christian, Jay Francis, Lennora, Julisa John, Jaime Bethel and Kaleem Denbo; seven great grandchildren; grandson-in-law Michael Pantzlits; granddaughter-in-law SGT E5 Vanessa Rivas-Smith; daughters-in-law Laura and Louise Hanley; sons-in-law Alroy Joseph; sister Hilda Maude Owen; nieces Ernestine Brady, Maureen and Janet Seaman, Louise and Meresssa Irwin; special friends and other relatives the I. Faiyhe family, Doreen Buchanan and family, Aretha Benjamin and family, Christina Birthy and family, Iris Perdereaux, Timothy, Disney James, Agnes Daniel and family, Gregory Samuel and family, Nigel Rawlins and family, Helen Clarke and family, Tristan Williams and family, Cardinal " Ringo" Riley, Russel Allen, Daniel Divine, the Friedensberg Moravian Church family, Janice Carrington and family, Louise Petersen and family; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral Services will take place Saturday, Oct. 4, at Friedensberg Moravian Church, with a viewing at 9 a.m. and service at 10 a.m. Internment will follow at the Christiansted Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to James Memorial Funeral Home.
