St. Croix Reformed Church Jazz Vespers will present The Solemn Sounds with Sylvester President, leader on keyboard; Stephanie Jagrup, vocals; Winsbert Jagrup, guitar; Jeremy Jagrup, drums; Kardell President, saxophone; Moses President, bass guitar; and Tim Deal, on saxophone. It will begin at 5:30 p.m., on Sunday Oct. 5, at the church in Kingshill. There will be light refreshments afterwards.
