V.I. Housing Authority Begins Youth Steel Orchestra Program

Nov. 26, 2008 – The Virgin Islands Housing Authority has started a new season of the Youth Steel Orchestra Program. Participation in the program is free and is open to youth ages 7-16 from all public housing communities. It will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, at the Ruth Dazle Community Center located in the Oswald Harris Court Housing community.
Registration forms can be found at the management office in each public housing community or at the VIHA central office located in Estate Anna's Retreat. A completed registration form must be submitted to either location and marked: to the attention of the Department of Public Relations/Resident Services.
