Marie M. Charles Dies at 93

Dec. 3, 2008 – Marie M. Charles, also known as "Sandodor," of Mutual Homes died on Nov. 25, at her residence. She was 93 years old.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Viviane Charles; adopted daughter, Jeffrina Clovis; sons: Michael Clarke, Matthew Isaac and Julius Charles; adopted son, Owen Cooper; and grandchildren: Claudie Charles, Mary Unisa Mathurin, Gena, Kathy, Ryan and Robert Perpie, Susan Hutchintson, Julian, Curtis and Patrick Charles, Cherian Jnofinn, Ivinia Isaac, Molicia Isaac, Sirdrina Isaac-Joseph, Bernadette Clarke and Dennis Durand. She is also survived by great-grandchildren: Irvine, Canditta, Zulimah, Junior, Moesly, Daily, Gavian, Danesha, Amanda, Kishma, Jareem, Meshack, Sammy, Samantha, Tyson, Mas, Raheem, Akeyeem, Pieya, Kisha, Nyomi, T'shane, Aliyah, Coco, Dorna, Iesha, Dakeem, Olysha, E'lisa, Rajon, Shamian, Christeen, Kimberly, Hope, Zainay and Kalil; four great great-grandchildren; godchild, Celia Perpie; special friends: Lucia Felix, Theresa Gaston, Agnes, Maria Felicien, George Gabriel, Jean Lauiscount, Ms. V. John and Juliette Soudatt, Ms. Vida and family, Ms. Eilleen, the Benjamins and Ms. Carr; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., on Monday, Dec. 8, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
