School Lunch Program Holds Training for Summer Food Service Providers

Training dates for summer site owners, directors and coordinators registered for participation in the 2010 Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) have been announced by Acting Director for the St. Thomas-St. John School District Lunch Program Ester Lynch Izaak.

The mandatory trainings have been scheduled for 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 25 and Thursday, June 10, at the Curriculum Center in Anna’s Retreat. All persons who will be involved in any aspect of meal service for their program are expected to attend one of the training sessions. Please make every effort to attend and be on time. The Summer Lunch Program will operate from June 28 through Aug. 6.
