V.I. Supreme Court Implements Public Access to Its Internet Records

The Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands announces to the general public and members of the Virgin Islands Bar Association the full implementation of the court’s public access module. The public access module is part of the Supreme Court’s Appellate Case Management System known as C‐Track™. The implementation of the public access infrastructure enables the public to view all current case dockets and documents that have not been sealed by the court from any remote computer location with internet access.

Use of the system does not require the installation of any software on the user’s desktop. Further, there is no charge for the use of the court’s public access system, and all public documents can be viewed and printed without charge. Additionally, computer terminals are available at the court for use by members of the public who may not have access to a computer with Internet service.
To view the public access module, visit the Supreme Court’s Web site at www.visupremecourt.org and click on the link: “Supreme Court Electronic Docket.”
