The Virgin Islands Carnival Committee requests the public submit proposals for the theme of Carnival 2011.Interested persons should drop off their entries to the V.I. Carnival Committee office at 11 A-B Kronprindsens Gade on the second floor, across the street from the V.I. Department of Finance. Submissions may also be faxed to the VICC office at 779-9199 or e-mailed to jouvert@viaccess.net. Please indicate name and other pertinent contact information.
