St. Croix Man Arrested for Rape of Minor

Members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau arrested 20-year-old Terrance Emmanuel and charged him with first-degree rape and unlawful sexual contact.
Emmanuel was arrested Saturday and charged with the rape of a 14-year-old girl. Police said Emmanuel was arrested a few months ago on separate charges that he raped a 17-year-old female.
Police discovered the recent rape of the 14-year-old female while investigating the previous crime.
Criminal Investigation Bureau Detectives requested an arrest warrant and was granted one by the V.I. Superior Court.
Emmanuel was held on a $500,000 bail and he was remanded to the custody of the Golden Grove Adult Correctional Facility.
