Orientation for All St. Croix District Elementary Schools Scheduled

Parents of elementary school students are advised that orientation sessions are scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon on Friday, Aug. 27, at all public elementary schools in the district. Superintendent Gary Molloy urges parents of kindergarten to sixth grade students to attend the informative meeting at their child’s school and learn about the policies and procedures that will ensure a safe learning environment focused on academic success for the 2010 – 2011 school year.

Students must attend orientation and be dressed in their proper school uniform. Parents should remain with their child for the entire orientation process. There will be no school bus service on Aug. 27. School bus transportation will commence on the first day of school, Monday, Aug. 30.
For more information, contact Deputy Superintendent Maria Encarnacion at 773-1095, ext. 7060.
