The 28th Legislature will convene to receive testimony on the following zoning applications:
Louis Armstrong (Lee A. Seward, authorized agent) – Request for amendment to official zoning map for Parcel No. 3-C, Estate Hogensborg, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, from I-2 (light industrial) to I-1 (heavy industrial)
Purpose: for the construction of an asphalt plant
Warren Chiverton – Request for amendment to official zoning map for Plot No. 498-E, Estate Strawberry Hill, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, from R-2 (residential – low density, one and two family) to B-3 (business – scattered) with a use variance
Purpose: to operate a used car business
