Wilfred Webster, also known as "Papi," of Williams Delight died on July 4. He was 86 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Violet Webster; sons: Gilbert Webster, Fernando Webster Sr., Raymond Frank Webster, Christian Webster, Martial Webster Sr., Augustin Webster Sr., Glenn Webster, Mario Webster and Shawn Webster: daughters: Verona Webster Hendrix and Debra Prioleau; and grandchildren: Emely Webster, Trinita Webster, Fernando Webster Jr., Justin Webster, Zulima Webster, Brittany Webster, Brandon Webster, Crystal Webster, Evelyn Webster, Martial Webster Jr., Azhuwa Webster, Lionice Webster, Marquida Webster, Augustin Webster Jr., Ronique Webster, Patrick Simmons and Jacobi Simmons-Bradford.
He is also survived by grandchildren: Adrian Tutein, Andrew Hendrix III, Zion Hendrix, Guenevere Webster, Mario Webster Jr., Emmanuel Webster, Sheera Webster, O’Sheyree Prioleau, O’Bryaan Prioleau, O’Tia Prioleau, O’Dhori Prioleau, Shaylese Webster, Nzhinga Webster, Shawn Webster Jr. and Sean Webster; great-grandchildren: Nioca Huff, Jahlisa Fox, Akili Vigee, Desha Anderson, Damaia Holmes, Jayden Holmes, Jared Holmes, Reine Brezial, Brianna Webster, L’mya Sweeney, Malachi Webster, Austin Webster and Analiz Suarez; sisters: Clara Lake, Novita Webster, Antonine Groeneveldt, Bertha Lake and Henriette Carty; and brother, Aloyse Proctor.
Other survivors include special niece, Rosalie (Rosie) Javois; daughters-in-law: Calara Webster, Luz Webster, Sandra Webster, Debra Webster, Sandra "Queeny" Webster, Masserae Webster and Sophia Webster; sons-in-law: Andrew Hendrix II and Otis Prioleau; sister-in-law: Carmencita Richardson, Mari Lake and Jervez Proctor; brothers-in-law: Windel Groeneveldt and Harry Carty; godchild, Raphael Huggins; close cousins: Pearl Seales, Theobald Seales Jr., Cheryl Seales- Ross, Tyrone Seales, Winona Seales-Lester and Elmo Seales; close friends: George Vanterpool, Matthew Javois, Albert Titus, Theodora Cassimeer, Ms. Gerard, Ms. Roach, Titus family, Javois family, Laban family, Duzant family and Swanson family; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
