Whitfield Edmund Cummings Dies at 64

Whitfield Edmund CummingsWhitfield Edmund Cummings of Estate Ruby Queens Quarters died on July 24. He was 64 years old.
He was preceded in death by his, wife, Linda Cummings; mother, Linda Cummings; father, Edmund Cummings; and brother: Noris Cummings.
He is survived by daughters: Aliah and Liesje Cummings; son, Michael Cummings; sisters: Jeanette and Linda Cummings-Farquhar; brothers: Woodworth and Hugh Cummings, and Joseph Mark; nieces: Sarah, Ferne, Tanya, Melinda, Nicole, Sheryl and Antoinette Cummings, and Fayola Farquhar; nephews: Darren, Lloyd, Covington and Noris Cummings Jr., Adwin and Ade Farquhar; great niece, Keely Cummings; great nephews: Nathan and Marcus Cummings; aunts: Genevie McFarlane and Germaine Belfon; uncle, Errol Belfon; brothers-in-law: Christopher Farquhar and Trevor Blackman; and sisters-in-law: Marcia and Margaret Cummings, Jean Millette and Lystra Blackman.
He is also survived by cousins: Majorie Campbell and the Thomas family, Elise and the McFarlane family, Wesley and the Thompson family, Ursula and the Belfon family, Henrietta Richardson and family, Leslie Taylor and family, and the Cummings, Pierre, Rennie and Baptiste families; special friends: Judy Molloy, Aldwyn and Barbara Dick, Angela and AnnMarie Jerome, Jerry Warner, Kathleen Thomas, Frank Browne, Bianca Stevens, Percy and Antoinette Alleyne, Pearle and Winston Marcus, Sam and Merlin Taylor, James Howell, Peggy Wiltshire, Devon Fenton, Eastlyn, Arnold Helenese, Maureen Cagan and the staff and students of Central High, John Woodson and Arthur A. Richards Schools; and other cousins, relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 1, at the James Memorial Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
