Crime Stoppers: Speak Up

Crime Stoppers thanks you for making a difference in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Let’s make sure that no crime goes unsolved. To do that, everyone needs to speak up. If you know something about any of these murders, say something. Even the smallest bit of information might be what law enforcement needs to solve these cases.

St. Croix: On March 31, 2002, shortly before 2 a.m., 39-year-old Delroy Henry was shot to death near the intersection of Hill and Market Streets in downtown Christiansted. Henry was shot multiple times. Police ask for your help because they still have no suspects nor any motive for the killing.

Upon further inspection, police discovered that Kenson Jolly, known as “Jolly” from Pastory, had been shot several times. If you know anything about this homicide, please call the St. John Criminal Investigations Unit at 693-8880 or Crime Stoppers.
