DOH Reminds Businesses to Renew Health Permits

The V.I. Department of Health (DOH) reminds business owners that health permits have an expiration date of Feb. 28, 2016. By law, all business owners are required to renew their health permits each year, according to a press release issued Friday by DOH.
A $20 late fee is assessed each month of delinquency, effective April 1.
Anyone who has missed the renewal date, please come in. The business owner can renew a health permit at the Division of Environmental Health, located on the first floor of the Charles Harwood Complex on St. Croix or the Knud Hansen Complex on St. Thomas-St. John.
For more information, contact the Environment Health Division.
St. Croix: 718-1311, ext. 3109 or ext. 3108
St. Thomas: 774-9000, ext. 4642
