Wanted Man Turns Himself In

Nathaniel Thomas Jr., 27 of Frederiksted, turned himself in to the V.I. Police Department at 5:20 a.m. Wednesday. On Sunday, the VIPD issued a wanted poster for Thomas.

Thomas surrendered himself at the Patrick Sweeney Police Complex in Frederiksted, police said. During that time the Investigation’s Bureau supervisor took Thomas into processing. He had his advice of rights hearing in Superior Court and was remanded.

Police said Thomas was wanted for first-degree reckless endangerment for an incident that took place May 15 in the vicinity of Gas-for-Less Gas Station. The VIPD did not provide any information on the nature of the incident.
