The University of the Virgin Islands – Community Engagement and Lifelong Learning (UVICELL) Center is offering a course on basic bookkeeping skills. Introduction to Bookkeeping will be held 6 – 9 p.m. on Tuesdays starting Nov. 15 at the UVICELL Center on the St. Thomas Campus.
Participants will learn to perform basic bookkeeping functions such as journalizing and posting business transactions, preparing basic financial statements, reconciling bank statements, preparing payroll and much more.
