The Rotary Clubs of St. Thomas and St. John will host the next St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours to be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 23, at Yacht Haven Grande next to Fat Turtle.
