GERS to Hold Financial Literacy Workshop for Members on June 28

The Government Employees’ Retirement System (GERS) invites its members to participate in a Financial Literacy Workshop that will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, June 28, at the GERS Complex, in the second-floor training room. The Complex is located at 3438 Kronprindsens Gade, St Thomas.

The objective of this workshop is to empower participants to take a more active role in developing a financial life plan by means of education. Participants will engage in a hands-on session where they will have an opportunity to:

    Assess where they are today

    Explore investment options

    Look at the impact of life events on their finances

    Develop an action plan
