BMV to Launch Non-REAL ID Cards, Disabled Persons Cards

Director Lawrence A. Olive informs the motoring public that on Thursday, July 13, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will be launching the Non-REAL ID Cards, the Disabled Persons Identification Card and the Non-REAL ID Driver’s License, territory-wide.
