Agenda:

The committee has scheduled a meeting to consider CZM permits for the St. Croix and to receive updates from the Department of Public Works.

Block I

Carden Beach Recreation Association Inc. (CZX-2-16W) This permit allows the permittee to replace the wooden decking on the 120-foot long by 8-foot wide approach bridge that has a 110-foot long by 9-foot wide “T” head dock. The permittee will also remove the uncolonized debris and piles from the previously installed boat lift.  The permittee is to replace the decking and to span the area with the missing pile cap utilizing aluminum beams. This project is located offshore of Plot No. 21 Estate Coakley Bay, East End “B” Quarter., St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands.

AT&T of the Virgin Islands (CZX-31-16W) — This permit allows for the continued use and occupancy of five (5), 5.75” OD cable conduits at a water depth of 45’ on the ocean floor. The occupied area is located seaward of Plot No. 4-A Estate Northside, St. Croix.

Bill No. 32-0105 – A Resolution petitioning the United States Congress to offer full care medical services in the Virgin Islands for veterans living in the Virgin Islands.

Bill No. 32-0107 – An Act authorizing the Department of Property and Procurement to conduct feasibility and cost studies on the sale of government owned properties to raise revenues for the Government of the Virgin Islands.

Bill No. 32-0093- An Act amending Title 32, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 11, relating to horse racing adding sections 221-229 to provide for anti-doping in the horse racing industry in the Virgin Islands and to amend certain sections of Title 32, V.I.C., chapter 21, Article XVI, regarding the allocation of funds received from the Racino tax

Sarauw shall present her credentials to the Secretary of the Legislature for consideration by the body.
