Viya’s Customer Experience Centers will have abbreviated hours on Tuesday, Sept. 5. Due to the anticipated arrival of Hurricane Irma within the next 48 hours, on Tuesday all Viya’s Customer Experience Centers in the territory will be open from 8 a.m. to noon.
Viya’s CEO Alvaro Pilar said, “Viya is very concerned about our community, customers and our hardworking employees as we face uncertainty with Hurricane Irma. We want to ensure that we serve our customers and allow our employees to secure their homes and families. For those reasons, we will be closing early on September 5th.”
Viya’s Customer Experience Centers at Tutu Park on St. Thomas and at Estate Diamond on St. Croix are usually open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Center at the Marketplace on St. John is normally open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
