Police on St. Thomas are asking the public’s assistance to locate De’ Jahnei Phillip, a minor that has run away from home.
De’ Jahnei Phillip was last seen on July 24, 2018, in the Bovoni Housing Community at approximately 10:20 PM and has not returned home or has been seen since that time.
De’ Jahnei Phillip was last seen wearing a white tank top and multi colored tie dyed leggings. Kiara is 14 years old, has a dark complexion, stands 5’5” and weighs 115lbs.
