Free CyberCampVI Set for July 1-26

CyberCampVI will be held at the University of the Virgin Islands for 5-12 graders.

CyberCampVI is designed for incoming 5th to 12th graders who are interested in learning about programming, cybersecurity and entering the next round of the CyberPatriot competition in the fall of 2019. Information and applications are available at http://cybersecurity.uvi.edu

The camp will meet from 9 a.m. to noon, from July 1 through July 26, at the University of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas Campus.

Topics to be covered: Basic Cyber Security Concepts, Thunderbird Cup and CyberPatriot Competitions, Operating Systems Windows and Linux Platforms, Programming in Scratch and Python, Game Programming, Raspberry PI. The summer camp is free.
