Office of Veterans Affairs Closes Temporarily

The flags of the United States of America and the Veterans Affairs Administration.

The Virgin Islands Office of Veterans Affairs (VA) is taking all necessary steps to slow the spread of COVID-19 in order to protect veterans and staff. It will limit operations territorywide to essential functions only from Monday, March 23, until Monday, April 6.

The limited essential functions are identified as:

  • Burial arrangements

Anyone wishing to make arrangements for the burial of a Veteran scheduled to be buried during this timeframe, please call 340-774-8387 / 340-773-8387 or email info_va@va.vi.gov.

All other services are suspended at this time.

Any further updates can be heard on “The Veterans Voice” radio show, from 7-8 p.m. on 107.9 FM on Tuesdays.
