- IFB011DPWT21(C) – Qualified contractors to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for the Western Cemetery Fencing Project on Thomas, Virgin Islands
Bids will be received by the Department of Property and Procurement, Division of Procurement at address: 8201 Subbase, 3rd Floor, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands 00802 or via Email submission at: ebids_proposals@dpp.vi.gov
Cost Per Set: $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE
TIMETABLE
Pre-Bid Conference: Friday, March 5, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. via Teleconference Call. Site Visit will be immediately following the Pre-Bid.
Request for Information: Last day for request for written clarification will be
Monday, March 15, 2021 at 1:00 p. m. Atlantic Standard Time.
Due Date: The bids will be accepted at the Department of Property and Procurement no later than Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time.
Bid Opening: Bid opening will be Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
