NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with Section 717 Chapter 12 of Title 29, Virgin Islands Code, as amended, a public hearing for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (“VIEDC”) will be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2021.
This hearing will be virtually conducted via Zoom, a software-based platform for video and audio communications, to help reduce the global spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

NOTICE OF GOVERNING BOARD MEETING
All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, a decision meeting will be held on applications and compliance matters for the VIEDC and the Economic Development Bank following the public hearing. This meeting will be conducted via Zoom.
Please be advised that the VIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary Board(s) may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided in 1 V.I.C. § 254.
