Breezy, Isolated Showers Possible Friday, Likely Wetter Next Week

One or two isolated showers may affect the local area from time to time Friday. Moisture levels will increase considerably on Sunday and through the first part of next week following the passage of an easterly wave.  The increase in moisture levels may lead to shower development. Daytime highs temperature will range from the low to middle 80s with east to southeast winds of 15 miles per hour with higher gusts.

Tranquil seas of five feet or less are forecast across the offshore and near shore waters. There is a moderate risk of rip currents across most of the territorial coastlines today.
