The Virgin Islands Children’s Museum announces the Kids Play Expo, a highly anticipated community event, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 6, at UVI’s Sports and Fitness Center, St. Thomas. This exciting expo will bring together clubs, sports, arts, education and other institutions serving youth and families to showcase their work and engage with the community.
The Kids Play Expo is designed to create a vibrant and inclusive experience for all exhibitors and attendees. The Children’s Museum is delighted to offer free participation for both organizations and individuals who wish to exhibit what they offer for children and families in the territory, ensuring that everyone can join in the fun. This event will provide a platform for organizations to share their valuable work through information tables, demonstrations, presentations, giveaways and other engaging activities.
By participating in the Kids Play Expo, organizations will have the opportunity to enhance the event and provide valuable resources and opportunities for attendees. The Children’s Museum believes that together participants can create a memorable and impactful experience that will benefit the community for years to come.
All participants will be added to the Kids Play Network, an online database that will live on the Virgin Islands Children’s Museum website and aims to be the premier hub for all things children and families in the USVI.
In addition to exhibitors, the museum is also seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help make the Kids Play Expo a resounding success. Individuals who are passionate about supporting youth and families, and would like to contribute their time and energy are invited to fill out the volunteer form on the Children’s Museum website.
This free community event is presented by Island Vibes Summer Camp, LJM Business Solutions and The Virgin Islands Children’s Museum. It is made possible thanks to Kids Play Expo sponsors Alpine Philanthropy, Mind Body Health, Merchants Bank, Moes and Marketplace, ProSolar and The Source U.S. Virgin Islands.
The V.I. Children’s Museum extends heartfelt gratitude to its early sponsors for their generous support. It also invites any businesses or organizations that are passionate about making a positive impact on the community to consider supporting the expo through sponsorship. If you know of potential sponsors who would be interested in partnering with the museum, please share this opportunity with them. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a sponsor packet.
