National Farm to School Month Activities Set to Start October 5

October kicks off National Farm to School Month, and the Virgin Islands Department of Education, in partnership with the Virgin Islands Department of Agriculture (VIDOA), will host a series of events and activities to educate students and the community on the health and economic benefits of introducing locally grown produce to the schools.

DPNR Celebrates V.I. Archives Month

The Division of Libraries, Archives and Museums will celebrate “Virgin Islands Archives Month” during October. The purpose of archives and special collection repositories in the Virgin Islands is to collect, preserve, protect and provide access to the territory’s history for present and future generations.

GVI Plans Two Delinquent Property Auctions in 2017

The Office of the Lieutenant Governor will be conducting two auctions on delinquent properties in 2017. The first property auction will take place prior to June 2017. The second property auction will take place around November 2017.

DOH Immunization Offices to Close Sept. 28-30
