ADA, BMV Debut New Tool for the Deaf

Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) Director Barbara Jackson-McIntosh and Territorial Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator Julien Henley will host a program at UVI and online (FACEBOOK and YouTube)They will debut the new GVI Deaf /Hard of Hearing Communication Accommodation Visor Card, which the BMV is making available to deaf drivers to use if they are pulled over by police. Social distancing and masking requirements will be in effect for all those attending the program in-person.
