Carnival Committee, VIPD: J’ouvert Meeting

U.S. Virgin Islands Carnival Committee and the V. I. Police Department (VIPD) will hold a J’ouvert meeting.  Carnival music director Darril Scott and the VIPD are calling on all owners/representatives of Carnival troops, J’ouvert troops, bands and J’ouvert vehicles who are interested in participating in the 2019 St. Thomas Carnival J’ouvert Festivities to attend this special meeting. There will be an open discussion regarding safety, heavy vehicle routing information, as well as a question and answer session. Everyone’s ideas and comments are welcome.
