CZM Decision Meeting Scheduled

A St. John CZM Committee Decision Meeting is scheduled. In an effort to help to reduce the global spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this meeting will be held via the video conferencing platform Zoom.

The agenda for the Decision Meeting: Marcus J. Johnston & Patty A. Johnston Revocable Trust Major CZM Permit CZJ-1-19(L) requests permission to assign and transfer the permit to Sunset View Apts. LLC. The permit allows for the construction of a multi-family residence, parking and a mechanic shop. The proposed project is located at Plot No. 13AA Estate Contant, No. 2 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, US Virgin Islands.
