Friends of National Park to Convene

Friends of Virgin Islands National Park will hold its annual meeting. The keynote speaker will be Bob Vogle, regional director of National Park Service’s Southeast Region. The meeting will also include an annual report from Joe Kessler, outgoing president of Friends of the Park and an introduction to Todd Sampsell, the new incoming president. VINP Superintendent Nigel Fields will deliver a State of the Park Address. Light refreshments will be served following the meeting. A free shuttle service will be available from the National Park Service maintenance parking lot.
