Labor Forum for Businesses

The Virgin Islands Department of Labor (VIDOL) Commissioner Gary Molloy is partnering with the U.S. Department of Labor to host a series of forums to discuss a new methodology for assigning individual Employer Unemployment Insurance Tax Rates as administered by VIDOL’s Division of Unemployment Insurance. Molloy is encouraging local employers to attend. The information sessions are to answer frequently asked questions about Bill No. 33-0090, which is being sponsored by Sen. Stedmann Hodge Jr.
