Miracle on Main Street, Lighted Boat Parade

The St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce and the V.I. Department of Tourism have announced Miracle on Main Street and the Lighted Boat Parade 2018. As the premier holiday event in the Downtown Historic District, the public can plan on the streets to be lighted and beautiful. Plan to come out and enjoy the entire day, beginning in Emancipation Garden for a local breakfast. Arts & crafts vendors will be set up so people can meander through their booths throughout the day. Entertainment will begin in the garden mid-morning, and food vendors will have a variety of lunch and dinner selections.Downtown stores will offer many specials, so plan to come out and get your holiday shopping done while stopping in a local restaurant for lunch, dinner or refreshments. People can expect bands to begin at 5:30 p.m. and play until 10 p.m. The Governor’s Christmas Party for Children will be held from 5-8 p.m. in Emancipation Garden. The Lighted Boat Parade is scheduled to  approach the waterfront around 7 p.m.
