Nonviolent Communication Workshop

Jennie Anahata, MSW, OMC, is offering workshops on Nonviolent Communication Workshops on St. John and St. Thomas. The St. John workshop will be held today. Anahata has been practicing and sharing the Nonviolent Communication process since 2012. An ordained spiritual counselor and yoga teacher, she has a Master’s in Social Work. Anahata is passionate about sharing tools to master the ego and cultivate peace and well-being. The title of the workshop is “Speak Your Truth with Authenticity, Compassion and Clarity.” No pre-registration is required. The suggested donation $20.
