The Committee on Disaster Recovery and Infrastructure will receive updates from varying departments on their proposed plans to utilize the funding obligated to the territory under the varying Acts related to COVID-19 recovery and support, as well as proposed plans to utilize the funding obligated to the territory under the American Rescue Plan and the potential funding for eligible infrastructure upgrades under the American Jobs Plan
