Agenda:
The committee has scheduled a meeting to consider the following:

1. Lease Agreement between the Department of Property and Procurement on behalf of the Government of the Virgin Islands and Charles Electrical Services LLC for the premises described as: Parcel No. 100 Sub Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 10.143 sq. ft., which is zoned “C” (commercial) as shown on O.L.G. No. B9-278-170;

2. Lease Agreement between the Department of Property and Procurement on behalf of the Government of the Virgin Islands and ERK Corporation for the premises described as: Parcel No. 48 Estate Nadir, No. 2 Red Hook, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 6,676.76 sq. ft, and Zoned “W-1” as shown on O.L.G. No. D9-3897-T08;

3. Lease Agreement between the Department of Property and Procurement on behalf of the Government of the Virgin Islands and Quality Paving LLC for the premises described as: Parcel No. 149 Rem. Sub Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 4.51 acres of 196,645 sq. ft. and Zoned “P” as shown on O.L.G. No. A9-770-T012 dated March 3, 2012;

4. Bill No. 32-0123 – Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Department of Property and Procurement on behalf of the Department of Agriculture and Ricardo Barnes for the premises described as: Plot No. 22-1 Estate Plessen, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 4.711 U.S. acres more or less as shown on O.L.G drawing No. 4128;

5. Grant of Easement between the Department of Property and Procurement on behalf of the Government of the Virgin Islands and the United States of America, acting through the U.S. General Services Administration, Office of the Regional Commissioner, Northeast and Caribbean Region for the premises described: Gutter Row, Norre Gade, Kings Quarter, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 7, 140 U.S. square feet, more or less, as more particularly shown on O.L.G. File No. D9-8954-T014, dated Oct. 9, 2014, revised Dec. 30, 2014 and April 8, 2015; and

6. Lease Agreement between the Department of Property and Procurement on behalf of the Government of the Virgin Islands and Industrious Auto Repair Inc. for premise described as: Parcel Nos. 51 and 51A Sub Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, consisting of 42,053 total sq. ft., and Zoned ‘C’.
