The committee has scheduled a meeting to receive testimony and consider the following CZM permit and bill.

The committee will receive status updates from the V.I. Department of Planning and Natural Resources, The V.I. Department of Public Works and the V.I. Waste Management Authority.

PART II: 2-5 p.m.

The committee will receive testimony and consider the following Coastal Zone Management permit and bill:

CZM Permit No. CZT-23-16 (W) – Allows continued use and occupancy of a straight pier and ramp on Water Island

Bill No. 32-0055 – An Act providing for the V.I. Department of Public Works to replace public parking signs that refer to “handicap parking.”
