The St. John All-Island Children’s Choir will be performing for the public under the direction of Kristen Carmichael-Bowers. This session’s choir is made up of 140 children from grades 3-5 who attend the Julius E. Sprauve School, the Gifft Hill School and the St. John Christian Academy or are home-schooled students. In keeping with the mission, the children sing songs from around the world. For this concert, they will perform music from South Africa, The Bahamas, Australia, Mexico, Kenya and the African-American tradition. Seating is limited, so come early to be sure of getting a seat. And definitely don’t come late. The program is scheduled to last one-half hour.
