Effective Wednesday, Feb. 13, the Elaine Ione Sprauve Library and Museum of Cultural Arts on St. John will be open only from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, according to Commissioner nominee Jean-Pierre L. Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources.
