Law Enforcement Planning Commission Meets Jan. 21

The Virgin Islands Law Enforcement Planning Commission (LEPC) is will host a virtual information sessions from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 21, and from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 22.

LEPC serves as the State Administering Agency for United States Department of Justice grant funds awarded to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

LEPC has issued RFPs for funding made available through the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grants (JAG) and the Residential and Substance Abuse Treatment of State Prisoners Program Grants (RSAT). These funding opportunities will close at 4 p.m., Friday, Feb. 7.

Organizations interested in applying for funding through these funding opportunities are invited and encouraged to participate in either of the virtual information sessions.
