It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Eliza Eloi, affectionately known as Nurse. Originally from Delices, Dominica but resided in St. Thomas, she was 62 years old. She died on Dec. 25 in Miami, Florida.
She was the daughter of deceased parents Musgrave Eloi and Anne Lewis Eloi.
Eliza Eloi survived by a son Franklin Colas; five brothers, Felix, Francis (Awo), Reynold, Clement and Peter (Deceased); five sisters, Felicinne, Elizabeth, Martha Mary and Justina.
She also survived by one brother in law Fabian Cuffy; three sisters in law, Kathleen, Ingrid and Daphne Eloi; and nieces and nephews, cousins and close friends too numerous to mention.
The body of the late Eliza Eloi will be laid to rest on Jan. 25. The viewing will take place at 9 AM and followed by Service at 10 a.m. at Kingdom Life International Christian Center, followed by interment at Western Cemetery #3.
