Scheduled Service for Fly The Whale Reservations

Thank you for your patience with the system wide reservations outage we have experienced over the past two weeks.  To ensure we can honor your travel plans, we kindly ask and highly recommend that you please forward your original Fly The Whale booking confirmation to reservations@flythewhale.com.  While we are doing everything possible to hold your seats – this is the best way you can confirm your seat with us.

On your travel day, please be prepared to show your booking confirmation for your existing reservation at time of check-in.  We also ask that you abide by a minimum of one hour for check-in so we have enough time to re-enter your information in our system.  If you show up under this timeframe, it will be very difficult to guarantee you a seat.

We are currently already accepting reservations online at www.flythewhale.com and over the phone at 800-468-8639.  You may also reserve a seat at any of our airport counter locations.

WhalePak members, we are still working towards a full restoration of online commuter account management, online bookings and online payments. You may contact our reservation department or make new reservations as well at our airport ticket counters.  We request that our WhalePak commuters please forward your existing booking confirmations to reservations@flythewhale.com . This will enable us to confirm your bookings made prior to April 22nd in our system. Also have your booking confirmations available at check in time.  We are able to process WhalePak check payments and will reach out to you to verify additional account details as part of the restoration process.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience of this event.  The outage for the reservation system was worldwide and it will take time to return to normality as we work diligently to restore full service.
