June 12, 2003 – Late registration for public schools in the St. Thomas-St. John School district will take place from 8:15 a.m. to noon at the Curriculum Center located across the street from the Seventh Day Adventist School in Estate Tutu according to the following schedule:
First letter of last name — Date
A – Monday, July 7.
B – Tuesday, July 8.
C – Wednesday, July 9.
D – Thursday, July 10.
E & F – Friday, July 11.
G – Monday, July 14.
H – Tuesday, July 15.
I & J – Wednesday, July 16.
K & L – Thursday, July 17.
M – Friday, July 18.
N & O – Monday, July 21.
P & Q – Tuesday, July 22.
R – Wednesday, July 23.
S – Thursday, July 24.
T – Friday, July 25.
U through Z – Monday, July 28.
Late registration on St. John will be held from 8:15 to 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, August 20, at the Julius E. Sprauve School.
To register a child in public school, parents must bring the following:
— The child who is registering.
— The child's original birth certificate (U.S. citizens).
— The child's passport, resident card or naturalization certificate (Non-citizens).
— V.I. immunization cards and the "Clearance Form" issued by the Immunization Clinic at Roy L. Schneider Hospital.
— Report cards from previous schools.
— Proof of parent's physical address (Driver's license, voter's ID, cable TV bill, W.A.P.A bill).
Children registering to enter kindergarten must be five years old on or before December 31, 2003.
