The 2003 Toddlers’ Derby and Dressed-As-A-Doll Contest will not have on-site registration due to its time slot in the 2003 Carnival schedule. Therefore, all participants are encouraged to register before the March 19th deadline.
Applications can be picked up and dropped off at Daniel Variety Store in Market Square and the VICC office.
