SEA HAS A TOUR AND HIKE PLANNED

Jan 19, 2003 – The St. Croix Environmental Association will coordinate a tour of Southgate Farm starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, and they will also offer a strenuous three-hour hike in the west end at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1.
The farm tour will show how vegetables are organically grown. The hike will lead hikers through Estates Punch and William and on the Creque Dam Road to Sprat Hall. Ras Lumumba Corriette of AyAy Tours & Hikes will give information on the area's flora, fauna and history. Reservations are required. Call Emy Thomas at 778-1952 or SEA at 773-1989.
