HURRICANE AWARENESS FORUM HOSTED BY VITEMA

June 14, 2002 – The Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency will be hosting a Hurricane Awareness Forum on Friday, June 28, at Government House in Christiansted, St. Croix. VITEMA will also host a Hurricane Awareness/Disaster Mitigation Fair at Sunny Isle from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 29.
VITEMA's focus this year is on bringing the community and business owners together in preparation for the hurricane season.
